By using Toololis (toololis.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Simple as that.

2. What Toololis is

Toololis is a free collection of browser-based utility tools — PDF tools, image tools, developer tools, calculators, and text tools. Tools run entirely in your browser.

3. Free to use

  • No signup required
  • No usage limits
  • No watermarks on output
  • Commercial use allowed (use tool output in your business, products, content)
  • Personal use allowed (obviously)

4. What you can't do

  • Automated scraping — Don't scrape the site aggressively (rate-limited anyway)
  • DDoS / attacks — Don't try to overload or attack the infrastructure
  • Reverse engineering for malicious purposes — Code is technically viewable but use responsibly
  • Rehosting as your own — Don't clone the site and call it yours; we may pursue this

5. No warranty

Toololis is provided "as is". We don't guarantee:

  • 100% uptime (we aim for 99.9%+ but things break)
  • Bug-free operation (we fix reported issues)
  • Output quality (tools are best-effort; verify important results)
  • Continuous availability of every tool

Important for critical use: Don't rely on Toololis output for legally, medically, or financially critical decisions without verification. For example, if you use the Loan Calculator, confirm with your bank before signing a mortgage.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Summary: we don't upload your files, we don't track your content, we use anonymized analytics.

7. Third-party content

Ads on Toololis are served by Google AdSense (pending approval) and are the responsibility of the advertiser. We don't endorse advertised products.

8. Limitation of liability

Toololis and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or its tools — including data loss, business loss, or any consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is €0 (we provide this service for free).

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Germany.
